procedure
Pour the contents of a sachet into a bowl. Add 180 ml of skimmed milk (provided you are not lactose-intolerant) or reconstituted Laktolight®. Stir well before serving. You can also replace the milk with 100 to 125 g of dairy product, such as low-fat cottage cheese or yoghurt, a soya-based dessert or stewed fruit (without added sugar).
