Organic bread

High-protein, low sugar bread mix made from organically-produced ingredients.

This combination of several very-high-quality flours (rye, spelt wheat bran, wheat germ...) can either be kneaded by hand or using a bread machine. This bread mix is compatible with ketogenesis. Makes one 65-g bread. Bio = product of organic farming, certified by Certisys LU-BIO-06.

In a traditional oven: Mix contents with the yeast. Gradually add 40 ml of warm water and knead until you obtain a soft dough. Shape into a loaf or place the dough in a greased tin. Cover and let rest for roughly 60 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Bake the bread for 25 to 30 minutes (depending on your oven). Leave to cool before serving.
